Delivery Terms

Delivery of Teddy Bears and of Jewellery is included in the prices displayed on this website.

For Toys, there is a small delivery charge (usually £2 or £2.50), over and above the price of the item.

For Pictures and Prints the situation is more complicated, due to their size, weight and fragility, so for these items delivery needs to be individually priced.

In addition, the cost of sending Pictures and Prints to some locations is likely to cost more than the cost of dispatching them to other, nearer locations, so it is often not possible for us to give an exact price immediately.

If you order a Picture or Print from us we therefore ask you to wait a short time while we calculate the cost of delivery. We will then contact you to give you this information. Should the delivery cost be too great for you, then of course we will cancel your order and refund any monies paid.

Provided we have the items ordered in stock, delivery will normally take 2-3 days. If some of the items ordered are not in stock then we will advise you how long delivery is likely to take.
