Ordering

Orders may be placed via the website or by telephoning +44 (0)1433 620343 between 10am and 5pm (GMT or BST depending upon the season) daily. Orders may also be placed by fax, sent to +44 (0)1433 620343. Payment may be made via PayPal (on the website only) or by telephoning or faxing credit card details. We accept most credit cards, except American Express - however Amex is accepted on the website.

Dispatches of Goods

You will be informed of the dispatch of your goods by e-mail or telephone. If there is to be any delay in the despatch of any goods then we will advise you.

Privacy

We treat all your personal information as confidential and we will fully comply with all UK Data Protection and consumer legislation. Personal details will not be passed on to third parties. We will only use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Processing your order(s)
  • To provide you with information about our products and those you enquire about.

Damaged and Faulty Goods and Shortages

Damaged or Faulty goods should be reported to use within 24 hours of their receipt by telephoning +44 (0)1433 620343 between the hours of 10am and 5pm daily or by fax to +44 (0)1433 620343 or by e-mail to: sales@cinnamon-bear.co.uk

Returns Procedure

We sincerely hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition.
Returns should be made at the customer's expense within 7 days in the original undamaged packaging. We regret that earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition.
